For a 3-day holiday weekend (such as Memorial Day, etc.) add $250 + 11% tax* = $278
*Transit Occupancy Tax (8%) + Big Bear Lake Tourism Business Improvement District Tax (3%)
The Cottage is set up for 6 Crafters. Please inquire about rates for groups of 7 or more.

Groups coming to Big Bear Craft Cottage are required to complete and submit this form prior to their arrival. To confirm your registration please mail a check or money order for your non-refundable* deposit of $250.00, payable to Joyce De Mond at:

The remaining amount is due One Month prior to arrival date and can be mailed to the above address.
*Cancelation Policy: A $250 non-refundable deposit is required. If you must cancel, a $125 credit will be issued toward another weekend within four months of original scheduled date. The credit will only be issued if the cancelation is made at least 30 days prior to the reserved date. If cancelation is made less than 30 days of the reserved date, the deposit is forfeited. If the unfortunate event that the Big Bear Craft Cottage must cancel a full refund will be issued. Payment by check only. There will be a $30 fee for returned checks.
